Billing Information

Most of our customers are business customers. This has two impacts on this part of our business: 1) we have to provide excellent service, they demand it! and 2) we allow the choice of billing options.

We give you the choice, we can either send you a monthly invoice by mail, payment due upon receipt, or by credit card.

If you are a dialup user and decide to cancel your service, you must notify CSD Internet in writing, and give fifteen working days prior notice.

Billing Method
There's nothing fancy - You will get an initial bill for the installation charge, and will then be billed at the beginning of the month for the prior month's usage, prorated.

We do not bill through Electronic Funds Transfer at this time.
